Circuit Training Audio Files

 

Our Swimming group (Sportsco Luchtime) have been doing circuit training Monday to Friday 1pm since the Pools closed mid March 2020.

We have had a some motivational music to go along with our sets so I thought I would share them below.

There is a 5 second silent introduction to each audio file .

The 30 second files have a whistle that blows with a few seconds to go.

The 45 second files have a bell ring at 30 seconds and a a whistle that blows with a few seconds to go..
